How often will we receive updates and performance reports?

Communication is of the utmost importance here at WingsSmma. To ensure we keep our clients in the loop with our operations, we begin each week with a Monday Loom video covering any results over the last 7 days. Followed by a written update on Thursday. We will also have biweekly zoom calls to go over everything in detail, as well as answer any questions that arise. We use Flozy so that there is a direct channel to contact our team on short notice.

What does your team structure look like, and who will be working on our account?

Jim Weber will be your main point of contact. The day to day service delivery will be handled by our talented media buyer, Mary Sheena Leonor. She has previously worked with a few e-commerce brands which adds a targeting strategy that will effectively lower CPM.

To create an ideal marketing strategy for your business we begin with a deep dive into your local area to understand the local market. This deep dive also allows us to gain an excellent understanding of your business identity, which generates stronger connections through our copy.

Which social media platforms do you specialize in?

We specialize in Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads. It depends on what your business is looking for. For SMM we will use Facebook and Instagram to showcase previous projects as well as create engaging graphics to give your page variety. If you're needing lead generation we will focus more on Facebook ads as well as Google ads.

What key performance indicators (KPIs) do you track?

We track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facebook ads, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, Cost Per Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Ad Impressions, Frequency, Engagement Metrics (Likes, Comments, Shares), Link Clicks, Conversion Tracking, and Lead Generation Metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results.

What experience do you have with businesses in our industry?

We are relatively new to the industry, however we have years of e-commerce experience which will give us the ability to narrow down the search, lowering CPC while also increasing the conversion rate as the target audience is more specific.

Can you provide insights into your budget allocation strategies?

We prefer to manually distribute the budget to different ad sets that are performing better than others. The CBO feauture in Facebook is not exactly reliable so we only use it when...
